Prototypical customer
My typical customer would be someone of an older age around 36-73 years of age, it is someone who likes technology and all the advances it brings alongside it. This customer usually has children and maybe grandkids, this is how they end up with pieces of technology that they barely understand but love to use. This person enjoys playing candy crush, poker, cards, and a good book. Someone who is more relaxed with life, but simply wants to keep in touch.
I can relate well with this avatar because I can put myself in their shoes in a couple of years. Technology has advanced so fast that it is easy to get distracted and soon not know anything about it. It is very true that we might all get to a point that we might get easily frustrated with technology and need some assistance.
