  • I believe my biggest resource would be how this business model can work with most age groups. To provide a solution solving service can be great for the community and word can spread fast, meaning fast scalability once we reach our targeted customer base, the hard part would definitively be attracting the customer first, but once they enjoy our service I believe the retention rate will be steady.

  1. Good job on your post. I enjoyed going over your list. I think you hit the nail on the head for your biggest resource being that you can work with most age groups. I also like that you put charisma on your list. Not everybody has that and it is definitely an asset. I also agree with you that getting the first customers would be the hardest. It also appears that you did a good job of thinking about the VRIN for each item.
